Long term sides of clen?!
Can someone point out if there are any long term issues with the use of low dosage clen ?
I've been told that it increases the size of the heart.
Thanks for your help

before you get any long term sides, i think your body is more likely to down-regulate the receptors and it becomes ineffective with long term low dose use.

yup. especially if you're only taking a low dose. once you stop, the effects will be gone. there should be no long term complications.

While on clen , most people will experience palpitations. When you stop taking clen, palpitation stops. But such short term palpitations will not lead to cardiomegaly imo. Thats the best i can do.

With what i've read. At long term it can enlarge your left ventricule but it is very dose dependant if you do it at normal dose and only a few time I don't think you must be really concern... But if you are still affraid of it try ECA It's much safer.
And about the b2 receptor ketotifen will fix that.
Good luck

Long term and clen shouldnt prob be in the same sentence anyway.
If you need clen long term - you need to change your diet.
Also i agree with asian. There are other orally administered long acting b2 agonists and people do take them long term for asthma and i dont see them having cardiac issues. Granted many use inhalers , but there are pill forms used as well in some cases. There is a thread somewhere on here where i posted a clinical trial for a term of 1 year on one hundred people with a long acting , orally administered b2 agonist that observed no adverse cardiovascular effects.

:-D I'll stay out of this one.
Long term low dose would primarily be lowering blood pressure, if anything increase ventricle size...
Cardiomegaly would be from high doses and if u have the genes for it

I'm not sure if you understand my question..
I was referring to long term side affects (side affects that you don't immediately get). I have a great diet at the moment.
And am sitting at around 8%bf. So i was just going to do a 2 week cycle of clen and thats it.
my dosage would go along the lines of this.
day 1/ 20mcg
2/ 40mcg
3/60mcg
4/ 80mcg
5/ 80mcg
6/ 80mcg
7/ 80mcg
Would you recommend taking taurine with clen aswell?

yes take taurine aswell as potassium (a banana or 2 a day will do)
and at high doses you can have some severe sides, this guy i know (friend of a friend) same age as me, 24, anyway he had a heart attack... you can run up to 120mcg safely if you want, just see how you handle the sides i guess..
and 8% BF, wow, what you trying to get down to??

Yes you take tourine. I think i explained this as well in the other thread.

Heart attack! Fukin hell. What was his dosage? And was he supplementing it with anything?
Thats the shit you dont want lol.
Ah well maybe down to 7%bf. Is it worth taking clen for a few weeks or not?

If done right yes it worth it. Start at 20mcg. and increased like you've said. You'll certainly drop to 7% fast enough. taurine potassium always. if you want to keep the dose as low as possible you can take keto even in a 2weeks on/off. IMHO it wont be a waste. But it will certainly not be at its full potentiel. so that's your call.
Drink PLENTY of water btw...
Good luck

What do you mean by 'full potential'?
I'm thinking of selling my clen and getting gw atm! Thanks t-dogg haha

Ketotifen is used to clean b2 receptor if you use it on a 2weeks on/off you will clean something already relativly clean thats why i say full potentiel. The clen will be maximize but not the keto

cycleing clen 2wks on/off you DO NOT NEED keto. Keto is used when you run it without break.

I know it is not needed but it cannot hurt to use it. i never said that he must use it.
