First Ever Pin, PIP level
First ever pin went smoothly, kinda like cutting butter. Felt fine all through the evening. Pinned lower, outside quad. Test Cyp. 1mL. Feels like a huge Charlie horse this morning or a bruise. All in all, glad I don't have legs today.
Other than the bruise feeling no issues at all.
Does the bruising feeling ever go away? Is this mostly because my hand may not have been steady? Can I massage or press down too hard after pinning that would cause more soreness than usual. I read to press down for about 30 seconds then massage the area.
Again, I feel fine. Just feels like a bruise, and just wondering if I get better with my technique will that fade away.

Pressing hard or massaging the injection site can lead to further trauma and is not a good idea. The pain or discomfort you are feeling is very normal. Kepp moving and keep blood flow to the area. After a while you will miss that feeling much like I miss the feeling of being sore afterr a good workout. Simply ebrace it!

Sounds good to me! I'm keeping a daily log. Probably not posting it but for my personal knowledge to see how I react. I personally took .5mg of Ldex yesterday and .25mg today to kick start that and will now start EOD and assess.

.25 eod is plenty..adjust as needed

OP..... how much cyp are you taking a week? .25 adex eod should be fine unless your taking a pretty high dose of test weekly.

400mg/wk. Just "jump starting" the AI. No one told me to do this. Just doing it myself and keeping a daily log. Am now going to EOD.

You should log it here. Even if you just update every couple days. A first cycle log will help many including yourself.

There is a log section but i say log it right here in the q&a ....If someone wants it moved they will move it.

I actually put it in the Cycle section. I will be including results, strength change, etc...I will be noting everything so I put it in there.
