    Inserting correctly?

Hey guys, just a quick question ive been doing test 400 and oxybol 50 cycle for coming upto 5 weeeks now! everythings going good except for the injection of the test, i cant seem to find the sweet spot and the most recent one has been agony, the whole of my cheek is killing me and has been swallen for almost a week now! i have to admit i have hesitated with the injection a few times before so the needle has gone in a fair few times before so i put it down to that as to why its so swallen? any advice would be great cheers

No dude he means are you using different sites for your injections.

If you use the same site every pin then that's a recipe for a red swollen cheek.

You can't inject the same muscle over and over again within a few days. For myself, I rotate between my two quads. Inject left one Mondays, right one Thursdays.. If I was to do EOD injections, I would pin Left Quad,Right Shoulder,Right Quad,Left Shoulder and start over again.. Maybe throw hip injections in there too..

I just use the right cheek guys, i only inject once a week at the mo as its my first cycle,so i use the right cheek but not in the exact same area each time! some weeks its fine but like this week it is insanley painful i cant sit on it! im not a fan of the quad as thats supposed to be so painful, use to do it in the left cheek until someone advised me otherwise as theres a certain nerve there or something? is the pain anything to worry about or is it because the way im doing it? im doing it cleanly so it couldnt be infected!

Are you injecting in the high, outside quadrant of the glutes? You should be. Don't just inject anywhere.

i inject twice a week and rotate like this, for example:

    tuesday - pm - R glute

    sat - am - L delt

    tuesday - pm -R delt

    sat - am - L glute

    tuesday - pm - L delt

    sat - am - R delt

    tuesday - pm - R glute

and so on, and so on....i like delts the best, so my rotation includes the delts more than the glutes. heard horror stories about quads so all set with those, don't see the need. with this rotation, i never inject the same muscle more than once within 10 days time. works fine for me, no redness or swelling.

Definitely sounds like major PIP, you said you put the needle in and out a few times in the same injection? if so then of course your going to have PIP from all the tearing. When you say not in the same place each time do you mean within a cm or 2, anything more and your probably not hitting the right spot. check out "spotinjections . com" You don't have to worry about your sciatica nerve as long as your injecting in the high and outer quadrant.

i would use both sides, especially since you probably wont want to pin the swollen cheek.
