W/O 5 days/wk-chest twice/wk(needs extra work)
Looking at-
Sustanon-250 every 5 days 9wks
Deca-D-Need help on dosage
Clomid-post cycle
Any suggestions? Looking to add 12-20 lbs of muscle. Thought about D-bol for wks 1-4 but want to take it light for 1st cycle. (And need to go easy on the wallet)
Any suggestions for chest exercises to gain mass?
