    Talking My first cycle

    Hey guys,

    So my name's Michael, living down in Australia. I've joined up here because I've never taken steroids before, and I would like some advice on my first (and possibly only) cycle.

    So to get the big picture, a little backstory.

    Currently, I'm almost 24 years old, male, 188cm tall and 85kgs. I have a set of body-fat scales at home (not sure if I can say the brand of them here?) that suggest I'm around 14% body fat. When I was 16 I weighed 150kgs (330lbs for those playing at home) and had lost 70kgs over a period of a few years, until around age 19-21. For the past 16 months I've been going to the gym between 4-5 days a week, for about 7 of these months I've had a personal trainer 2-3 days a week. I've seen my body improve over the time I've been doing this, but it frustrates me to no end that I cannot see the full results as I have some excess skin "space" that needs filling (hopefully with muscles than the alternative)! I've had surgical procedures to remove most of the excess skin around the abdomen, and I've also had a nipple lift, but there is still some areas that need perfecting.

    I eat 1 egg, 3 egg whites with a little protein powder for breakfast, and try to eat every 3 hours with a lean source of protein for the bulk of the meal (currently it's turkey breast, but will eat chicken whenever it's available). I also take 2 egg whites with some protein powder before bed. I use Casein protein with the eggs, and a different protein which is a mix of high protein and a decent amount of carbs for after my workouts. I drink an amino blend during my workouts. (I'm not sure if I can name the products here?) I rarely drink, I don't smoke, and I i've never been a fan of junk food or soft drinks. I drink about 2-3 litres of water a day.

    The reason I'm seriously considering (and borderline purchasing) steroids for a cycle is that I want to see my results quicker, and just to be able to considered even "normal", for my body shape.


    The cycle I'm planning on trying is the Novice Cycle I, as posted on your home website.

    Over 17 Weeks:
    Week 1-12 - 2 doses of 250mg of Testosterone-Enanthate
    Week 1-6 - 25mg of Dianabol per day
    Week 15-16 - 40mg of Nolvadex per day
    Week 17 - 20mg of Nolvadex per day

    For the Dianabol I'm considering Helladrol by Mr Supps
    For the post-cycle recovery I'm considering Cycle Assist by Competitive Edge Labs
    For the Testosterone, I'm considering 1ml/250mg amps, manufactured by Axiolabs

    Please assume I'm a little naïve about the use of steroids, and have researched how to properly inject them and such. I more just want to know if I am making the right choice with the products I plan to use.
