    Is more test best?

    I ran 450-500mg on my 1st cycle. Had a real quality feel from the juice.

    But, on this cycle I want a little more.

    This time I will be running a real low dose of D-Bol(25mg for 3 weeks) along with test enan.

    Should I push the enan higher? I like the idea of 700mg, but will it make a difference? Good or bad. . . . . .

    I think the best practice is to use the least amount possible to obtain solid gains, then stick with that amount until the gains diminish!

    Honestly, I was really happy with my gains from the first cycle-personally, I'm just sticking the same dosage on my next one.

    agree. sometimes the sides are more sensitive to dose increases than the gains. less is more to get you where you want to go.....

    Understable. . . . But, will 700mg of test do more than 500mg? Compared to the sides. . . . . . .

    I was thinking of stacking a few substances, but not yet. . . .

    Considering your age and cycle experience I dont think you would see ENOUGH added benifit bumping 500-700 and the risk of E2 related sides will be greater. Bottom line will be risk vs reward and I don't believe the reward is very great.

    I honestly would consider the kickstart or mild second compound first but with only one BAD cycle under your belt I think it best to just get a SOLID Test cycle and see what you can accomplish...my guess is, with your new found diet knowledge...you will be amazed!

    You think the diet will make a "real" difference?

    I mean I grew like a week on my 1st cycle. But it in a dirt bag ratio - one pound of LBM to one pound of water weight to one pound of fat.


    Can I just drop off everything but the LBM, lol and have more of it.

    I honestly cant believe you asking if diet makes the real diff? Yes..if your diet is good then you can keep gains lean...thats what all the preaching about diet on AAS is about! Imagine gaining nearly as well as you did the first time but nearly none of it being fat and water and instead being LBM that will stay! Thats how diet and AAS works!!

    You're only talking a difference of 200 mg a week. That's really not that much. If 500 worked well before just do that for the next cycle. To be honest diet has made a greater significance for me than a higher dose. I have to force feed just to keep my weight up. I'm talking almost constant eating. My food bill has at least doubled trying to put on weight will blasting.

    I understand it will keep you lean < Of course, I learned that quite well.

    It is a fact, garbage weight is just that. I want more LBM and just LBM < But more of it!

    Do you understand how the body grows?

    Gear will make you bigger, sure. If you want to be a 200lb man, you have to eat like one. You want to be 250lb, you have to eat like one. Gear MAY make you bigger while on, but if the DIET isnt supporting you lose everything.

    The diet will be there no matter what. 3k cals broken down into tight daily macros. That will not change, I don't need any more fatness or water garbage. Just max LBM

    Your still going to have to increase cals if trying to gain...no way around it
