But i want to try a DNP cycle before competitions, which wouldnt be until another 8 months or so, but this is how i think it will be:
Day 1-3:200mgs
Day 4-11:400mgs
Day 12-14:200mgs.
Seperate the 400mg doses into 8-hour itervals.
I'll carb deplete 3 days prior to the first cap. The first 2 days after the last cap i will carb deplete again but the 3rd-6th day i will carb load giving the hardened fuller look.
A DNP side is that it kills blood cells, if it does this your body can reheal after the cycle, correct?
