How to know your AAS is working.

I'm just wondering what the tell tale signs are that your stuff isn't bunk, lowly dosed or inefficient. Are there ways to know that your AAS is legit and working efficiently, or ways to know that it's bunk? Just a heads up, I'm doing an Anavar only cycle at 60MG a day split into two doses of 30MG daily, eight hours apart. I'm currently exactly a week through (started last Monday) and was just wondering if there are ways for me to know if it's working properly? I'm still having sex fine as usual, maybe a slight decrease in libido but not sure, but once I get going everything is fine as usual and still feels good.

Should I give it another full week before knowing whether it's legit? Any help/advice/good knowledge would be good, thanks.

Well from my experience and other peoples stories its silly to take anything without test unless your very young. What are your stats?

Oral only cycles aren't recommended. Being on Anavar only it will be difficult to monitor the way you feel or if you know it's bunk. I personally don't have any experience with var so I couldn't tell you. You should be getting some strength gains though.

Primarily you would revert to your blood-work mid cycle to gauge the legitimacy of your gear.

I know they aren't recommended, but I just can't inject at the moment due to certain circumstances that I'd rather not explain on these boards. They are legitimate reasons but I just don't see the need to tell everyone about them. I chose Anavar due to the lean quality muscle gains potential and the fat loss around the mid-section and waist/abdominals area. I've read that it could take up to two weeks to notice any strength chances or physical changes, because Anavar isn't a really strong steroid and is a slow gaining steroid. I'm back to chest today so I guess I'll see if I've made any slight strength changes from last week. Thanks though.

hm im on cycle of sust n deca added sum var at the end its been a week of 100MG and I can see more veins in my arm assume its from the var.. could be wrong. Could be a good way to tell for you

Yeah I've definitely noticed more veins, hopefully I'll notice more strength too soon. I just thought the veins may have been from lifting heavier than usual, because I'm usually a form over weight guy. I could be wrong and the Anavar might be taking effect already.

Slight headache for the first few days , ancy and the need to workout. Keep in mind that everyone's body reacts differently. How do you feel in the gym? I was also taking 60mg a day by the way.

That's not true, you can do bloodwork before and during, although anavar DOES NOT increase testosterone levels! It would encourage the enzyme actions on testosterone , therefore lowering testosterone. DHT, Estrogen, and/or cortisol all may be increased. It depends on the individual situation of the body.

For me, I knew the gear was real when I was 6 weeks in with veins everywhere on my forearms. Had pumps tieing my shoe laces!

I should have quoted the blood-work portion of his reply only. Looking at your blood work on a Var only cycle would be rather irrelevant, unless you did have a baseline and did your blood work towards the end to see if your test levels are down.

I understand. But he never said anything about Test increasing ;) - Also, I can tell if my anavar is real from my bloodwork.

Strange. I've not had any headaches at all as of yet and I'm exactly a week in. I definitely feel the need to be working out in the gym all the time lol. Could my recovery have improved already? I don't feel as physically tired or sore as much as I used to. I feel good in the gym, and the veins in my forearms definitely seem more visible when pumped up. I've also got two veins visibly in both my biceps, which never used to be there. If this is legit Anavar and my veins are already more visible already, I can't wait until the end of my cycle haha.

I usually always walk to the gym (about a ten minute walk) to get the blood flowing instead of driving lol, and I dunno if this means anything but my calves definitely feel like they've had a bit of a pump when I get to the gym and then again when I get home. Strange, I've never had that before from walking to the gym lol.

Really? Did it take you six weeks to notice any physical and strength changes? I would have thought you might have noticed changes by the third week at the very latest.

Thanks Austinite. I'll definitely be getting my bloods done again after my cycle. Or do you think I should get one done both mid and post cycle? I don't really want the doctor or people looking at the results and thinking he must be juicing like a boss lol.

Var takes about 2 weeks to kick in.I dont run oral only cycles but you said you are losing your libdo.That could be a sign thats it starting to shut you down.And you are not taking test to replace your nat test.Which in turn would increase your libdo.
