    test e

so it takes about 4-6 weeks before you start seeing the effects of test e. how long till it actually starts to suppress your hpta and eventually shut it down? roughly, im aware that it will be a little different individually.

Tron the man! How you doing buddy?

HPTA will begin to suppress immediately. Mr. Brain says "Hey! Testosterone is in the house! No need to produce any!" - How long it takes depends on the individual. It's quite difficult to determine exactly when, but you can look for signs such as testicular atrophy! Not everyone is shut down 100%, but pretty darn close for most.

    Hope that helps.

whats goin on guy, im doing alright, just trying to stay awake. gotta transition from days to nights tomorrow.

thats what i thought, but before i go into WHY i asked such a simple question lol. with test e you dont see effects of it for 4-6 weeks and it begins to suppress your hpta immediately. now i understand how the ester works as far as half life. but why dont you see the effects as quick as say prop? does it mean your test levels are on somewhat of a curve? idk if im really convaying in words properly what my brain is thinking.... lol

Well, the ester really doesn't matter. Once your body recognizes exogenous testosterone it will begin to suppress. Even simple TRT doses will do so. You see effects later on with longer esters because it takes time for serum levels to get up there. But that doesn't change the fact that test was introduced from day one, which your body will recognize.

Different esters=different release rates. Test is test. Some will give you different actual hormone %'s than others. Really, it all comes down to total amount. I like them both for different reasons.

ok, so with the first injection your test serum levels are above natural test levels right?
theres never a point to where your downward curve of surpressing natural test levels crosses the upward curve of exogenous test levels below your natural test level baseline, right?

killing me, Tron. But I'm loving it. That's not really how it works but a very interesting way of looking at it. There is no line, production slows to a halt. exo takes over. that is all

Let me ask you this... what are you trying resolve by knowing if natty and exo test cross?

Ok, now that answers my question lol i have a habit of over thinking things! Ha I didn't know if ur body took whichever was highest or if it recognized natty and exo test as one combined or if one took precedence over the other.

What made me start thinking about it was my second cycle. I know protocol is test + oral. Well if u use test e with a dbol kickstart, I was wondering if with it taking so long for serum levels to build with test e and starts to suppress ur hpta immediately and dbol suppressing it further without replacing the test(tho I read it only suppresses 40% at 100mg for 20 weeks), if it was basically like taking an oral only cycle for the first 4-6 weeks. And THEN I started thinking is dbol synergistic with test? Would it be better to say:

    Test e 500mg 1-12
    Test p 100mg eod 1-4
    Dbol 50mg ed 1-4

Or would that cause too fast of growth and be potentially dangerous to tendons, ligaments etc...
