Test E , Dbol, Winstrol Cycle HELP

Hi Guys, I'm 24 years old 74 kg 174 cm height and I did a 4 weeks cycle of sustanon when I was 20 and it was a waste because I didn't know what to do...
Now I wanna do a Test E,dbol and winstrol cycle as below:

week 1-12 Test E 500/week
week 1-5 Dbol 20mg/every day
week 11-14 Winstrol 50mg/every other day

week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg/everyday
week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg/everyday

Can please help me on this cycle? is it good or should I change something?
what supplement should I use with this cycle? protein with carbo? creatine? amino pills? glutamine?

I realy need some pro advise.

What are your goals? Use of 2 orals and 2 compounds you have not tried is not the best idea...Your also missing clomid from your PCT, I don't see an AI or HCG ??

My goals are to gain size and muscles and also cut at the end of the cycle, I did not know I should us clomid and HCG because after alot of search I managed this cycle from this very site in beginner-steroid -cycles here!!

I honestly think since u messed up on your first cycle, you should go into this one the right way. Start off with a standard beginners cycle.

I agree test only 500mg a week.Adex as your Ai .25 eod to start.Pct nova and clomid HCG 250ius 2x week.And before you start hit the diet section and have your diet checked out.Run this cycle 12 weeks.
