    Well, that's it, I relapsed.

I was going to wait another month before I went back on cycle, and spend a good 6 months trying to bulk, but I changed my mind.

First, I started looking and feeling like garbage. Well, I don't look THAT bad...put on maybe 10 lbs of fat since the show, but I had gotten so used to looking all jacked and shredded and now I just look like a regular person who has kinda big delts and arms. My abs are completely GONE! They were the first to go.

I've been all depressed and mopey...posted another thread about the increased acne...having the bad night sweats...and I'm starting to feel the aches and pains more. Not too bad; just random things like hurting my back after deadlifting well under my max, or just being more sore than usual.

I was going to wait until the summer or fall to compete again, which would have given me a nice amount of time to bulk, but then decided on an early May show instead. So this means I probably can't get much bigger, but I can use November thru January to try for a small gain. But mainly I wanted to get back on just because I miss feeling awesome!

All I have on hand is Masteron (100mg) and Winstrol (50mg amps) so I know that's a crappy cycle, but again, it's all I have and I don't have a local source; I have to order everything and it takes a month to come in. So I put in an order for some test E and tren A, and will probably have used up my stash by the time it gets here.

So right now I'm just eating a little above maintenance, lifting as heavy as I can and trying to get my strength back up, and doing cardio EOD. I think I can wait until mid-January to start really dieting, as long as I don't put on more fat. 10 lbs for me isn't too bad; I often gain 20+ off-season.

Bummer because I was looking forward to using the tren to bulk up with, and I don't know if 4-6 weeks will be enough for me to get more size. I just hope this other stuff can get me feeling better soon!

Let your immune system and your whole body recuperate properly. I would bet money that your gains will be sh1t right now. Wasting money, time and impede your gains you would have had if you would rest properly.

We all deal with the feeling of being off. Nobody likes it. Being able to control the post cycle depression and take proper time off is the difference between a responsible user and an abuser.

Give your body and your receptors a rest...

Good advice guys and we ALL have problems following our own advice. I'm not sure how I have gone 1 1/2+ years without except I know I'm not quite ready due to injuries.

Make sure you get your blood work done because women can suffer from joint issues due to low or high E2 the same as men.

Is it necessary for women to run Test? I have a hard time getting my head around women's cycles. I have a girlfriend that trains with me pretty heavely now and it's going to come up eventually. She's been advised to run 10 mg of Var ed, which I think I understand how that'll go, but she will want to do something more in the future I'm sure of it. I don't want to high hack here and this question is valid for Until it Sleeps too I think, but I guess there's no need for PCT, so is it just for the rest and lipid health, myostatin etc.?

I dont think it's necessary but it's very effective and it only takes a little compared to men. Women seem to get good results from Var from what I have read.

Exactly^^^^^ Why not get your bloodwork done before making a final decision.

If I could keep on cycling hard and long I would. But it doesn't work out to be the best way to cycle, your body gets beat and your gains will be sh1t. So yes, I do practice what I preach. I do short cycles 6-8 weeks of pretty high doses then get off recuperate and hit it again when I feel ready and that my gains will be good.

Everytime I cycle, I consider doing the irresponsible thing and just run hard and long lol. Then my common sense takes over and tells me how wrong that would be. Damn common sense anyhow!!!!!!!!

If I didn't have a show coming up in May I'd take more time off. I didn't want to do another one so soon but this is the biggest local one of the year; my only chance to be truly competitive and not just be against 2 or 3 others.

I see a doc tomorrow; will ask about the blood work but he might not know much about what tests I need. I can just say I haven't had my period for over three years and I'm concerned about bone health; that might be a good place to start.

You can keep running as much gear as you want, your gains will not come along the way you want them to. Your body needs to rest. Trust me on this one, your body WILL NOT build!

Deprive it of stimulation for another month or two at least and you will have more success. That is if you are dead-set on the comp in May.

Has the thought hit you to bulk for another year and hit the comp 2014? Dieting down takes its toll and if you are constantly doing competitions your gains won't be as dramatic. Just a thought

That was my original plan...but I just couldn't stand the thought of going a year without competing at least once. This is one of the few things in the entire world that I care about.

But...if I skip out on the fall shows and use that time to bulk until Spring 2014...that might work. I already won the biggest fall show anyway; what's the point in showing up there again?

To avoid the Doctor/insurance hassle I have the vet draw my blood then I print out the sticky in the PCT forum and list out what I need tested. Then I get the raw tests back and use the same sticky to check the ranges. If something needs attending to you can just tell the Doc you tested high/low for that (don't know why) and you need to get it sorted.

Can you stand the thought of coming on stage 2014 leaner and bigger than ever before?
