    Need some advice with diet for pct and after cycle

    Im almost done much done my first cycle of test e 500mg/week, last injection is on wednesday and ive gained 30 pounds in the last 12 weeks, ive went from 151 8% bodyfat to 180 12% bodyfat and im 5'7". im eating close to 300 grams of protein every day and keeping fats around 80-100 grams and taking in 4000-4500 a day. According to calculators online i should be bulkiing on 3700 calories with weight at 180 lbs but i hit a wall at 173 and increased calories than went to 180. So my question is during pct and after should i drop my calories back down to 3700(500 over maintenance) or should i keep eating close to 1000 cals over maintenance? Keep in mind i did gain a bit of fat during the cycle and would like to keep more fat gains minimal because im not cutting till spring.


    Pct Clomid - 100/50/50/50
    Nolvadex - 40/40/40/20

    Stats - Age - 22
    Height -5'7"
    Weight - 151 8% bodyfat(before bulk cycle)
    Weight - 180 12% bodyfat(after bulk cycle)

    Keep your cals up especially during PCT to maintain LBM during this critical time period. Re-adjust post PCT.

    Eat as you would on cycle for PCT, then I'd maintain for a month or two before thinking of cutting.

    I would eat more and train lighter with higher intensity that during cycle. I am suffering from loss of "fullness" that I had while on. I have managed to keep most ofmy weight, but I look way smaller. This has alot to do with my diet lacking and training lacking as well. My work has kept me from being where I need to be. I like the higher calorie diets post cycle, higher intensity workouts, with maybe a day a week of low reps high weights.
