In my first cycle 13 years back (primoteston deca dbol ) the coach told me I should take essential forte weekly during the cycle to detox the liver.
Why isn't that an option anymore?!

Essential Forte is an essential phospholipid originally developed by Aventis Pharma. It's available online but not so easy to find. It appears to be beneficial to liver health but there are limited studies on efficacy. I started a thread on this a few weeks back.

The liver supps should be taken daily to PREVENT liver toxicity. They won't restore liver function and integrity once damage has occurred.

Doses required will really depend on the amount of hepatotoxic substances you are taking.

week 1 to 12 - sust @ 500 ew (250 twice)
week 1 to 10 - deca @ 400 ew
week 1 to 12 - dex @ .25 EOD
week 1 to 12 - HCG @ 500iu ew (250 twice)
week 6 to 12 - var @ 80mg ED

Very little hepatotoxicity with var @ 80mg/q.d. for 6 weeks. If using Liv52 with NAC, recommended daily doses should suffice. I usually double up when running adrol or dbol and my LFTs have been fine.

This is true, our liver is severely affected by many factors, my doctor advised me to Essentiale Fort phospholipids.info after which I began to feel a noticeable improvement!
