This is going to be a lean bulk/cutting cycle, here's the plan..
1-10 sustanon 250 ace/prop/iso/cyp ; 2x250 per week m/th
1-13 arimidex .05mg EOD (have a feeling I'm prone to bloat)
7-13 liquid anavar 2.5ml/62.5mg ED
11-13 test prop 100mg EOD while dust clears, easier transition to pct

N2shampoo want to keep the hair thick
N2guard, will be running the whole cycle through pct
Mega men performance and vitality vitamin pack

Forged post cycle 4 weeks
Diet: shooting for 2200 calories, 2500 2x per week, very clean
Workout 4 days per week
Mon: chest/back/lats
Tues: biceps/triceps/forearms
Wed: rest
Thurs: shoulders/traps
Fri: legs
Cardio is 5x per week 30 min on elliptical (bad knees) but since I want to ccut I will be throwing in some HIIT.
