first time using deca and dbol any suggestions on dose and will the l-dex control progesteron

Would you share your full stats and cycle history please?

The cycle looks really good actually. I would start your ldex at .25EOD and work up if neccessary.

Ldex will supress E2 which in turn will lessen progesteron risks.

With any 19nor cycle you should always keep Caber or Prami on hand (just in case)
