Hi. I've recently purchased 30ml of Testoserone Enanthate , 100 tablets of 10mg Dianobol and 30 tablets of 20mg Nolvadex . My aim is to bulk up by taking the Test En with the D'Bol and then my PCT of Nolvadex will follow. I've read so many different things on the net of how much and when to take etc but my head is all over the place as to how I should take these products. What do you recommend?

Read more. It isn't that hard to figure out. Im not trying to be uncooperative but there are many threads and stickies here on beginner cycles. MickeyKnox has even started a new thread on this with everything you need to know.

As a first cycle, you should only consider the test-e. forget about the dbol now. You haven't mentioned an AI. Have you acquired you AI?

I have read about only taking Test-En and ditching the D'Bol but like I say there's that much advice out there. Forgive my lack of knowledge but what do you mean by an AI?

Mickey's thread is really good. I'm sorry. I'm on my phone and can't link you to his thread but if you can't find it, someone will likely send the link soon.

AI = aromatase inhibitor. When taking an exogenous testosterone it will aromatize to estrogen causing your serum estrogenic concentrations to increase which will diminish your results and cause a lot of unpleasant side effects. The most common AI of choice is anastrozole (arimidex ) and is usually taken at doses of 0.25mg q.a.d (every other day) when the cycle is started.

First Cycle Protocol

Test E or C for 12 weeks at 500mg per week. The 500mg is split between 2 shots that are 3.5 days apart, so Monday morning and Thursday evening for example.

Please see this thread by jimmyinkedup for further explanation: 1st cycle a quick 4-6 week of tren-a. Advice?

You want to run and AI from day 1 of your cycle to control estrogen levels. You can use Arimidex or Aromasin to do so.

Proper PCT is needed to return your natural testosterone levels back to normal. This will involve the use of Clomid, which is up for debate with Atomini, Nolvadex , and Torem depending on which you decide on.

HCG can be incorporated into your cycle and how to do so is debatable also. Most vets recommend 250 IU every 3.5 days starting in the second week up until the start of your PCT.

Now that you have done some research, come up with a cycle and the forum will be happy to critique it for you and provide and adjustments needed.

Thanks everyone this has been a huge help. I'm still a little confused, on average what I've read it says take around 250mg twice a week of test en yet I only have 3 bottles each consisting of 250mg/10ml. I paid like £45 for each one. Have I been done here?

Each bottle will last u about 4 weeks (250mg/ml x 2 times a week= 500mg/wk) there is 2500 mg in a 10ml vial @ 250ml/mg....2500/500=5 weeks minus residual loss. U have enough for a 12 week cycle at least. Idk the conversation of £ to usd but u already paid for it, and what it's worth u have enough

Thanks for the advice, seriously can't tell you how much this has helped. Just glad I've educated myself more and going to even more before I even start taking steroids .

Like in life, never stop learning. THere are always new sciences, new reports, and new theories on what to do and when to do it. Research and learn as much as possible so you can make educated decisions concerning the use of anabolics. Happy Juicing!!
