    Bicep injection hurts like hell

Wow! Thought itd be a good idea to inject 250mg of cyp into my bicep hurts
Like hell!! I don't think it's infected as my shots
Usually hurt for a day or two.
Slight redness at the site not
Much more firm than the other arm just wanted to post my experience with bi injections to anyone curious in doing them

Been there. Done that. Not a fan.

    Glutes
    Delts
    Pecs
    Quads

Those are generally easier with less pain. I've tried calves, triceps, and traps as well. Less than ideal for me.

    Haha well I'm
Now in the "glutes delts only" club. It was
Cool for the first day because it
    Looked
    Bigger due to
Swelling but now it just hurts

You should inject from the side, your biceps has an inner and outer muscle so injecting in the middle could cause you to inject into the split which can be very painful. You inject from the side either from the outside or inside into each head and not from the top. I've done hundreds of bicep injections and never had any issues.

Oh ok man! Maybe that's what I did then. It's
not excruciating I was able to beast thru a back workout
Today even with the pain I'm thinking it'll subside in a few days. Took a benedryl
In case of allergic reaction-live and learn I guess. Thanks again

I love a good blast in the bicep or tricep. First time was an experience.

I cant take more than a half mL in each head of the bicep. Any more than that is very uncomfortable

Thanks a lot, Marcus, I'll have to use that next time. Site is better this morning. Took half a benedryl before bed last night and the redness is a little more pink today. I'm thinking doing back only made it worse yesterday. I rubbed it with an ice cube and then massaged it a little in the shower with hot water. Supposed to pin again today-not sure if I should hold off or not until this reaction goes down?

Just pin another site until your bi's are ready to go again.

Biceps are on of my favorite sites to inject, ive injected large amounts before now into each head and the feeling of training them on the same day is second to none its heaven

Ok man thanks again for all your help. I was a tad worried at first that it could
Be infected or an abscess but I think it's just irritated and worse comes to worst I go to the clinic and get it taken care of

Just wondering how long I should give it before the slight swelling goes down to go to a doctor? It doesn't look like freak show arm or anything, but it is noticeably bigger than my right arm. It doesn't hurt as much as it did, I can flex it now without it hurting so much, but just wasn't sure if I should give it any certain amount of time.
