    Hey man,

Congrats on your weight loss. Have you done any bloodwork lately? Hows your blood pressure? I'm going to predict that bloodwork might indicate the need for a higher AI dose.

I have not done any blood work yet. When I go get blood work done do I need to ask for anything specific or just general blood work. I am still a newbie to all this.

I'd get a full hormone panel. Most important is a sensitive E2 assay. No offense but you're playing with fire cycling at high BF. Just get your bloodwork done asap and post it here when you get the results.

Also just noticed that you're taking your AI daily. So disregard my earlier comment about upping the dose, I somehow thought it was EOD.

    Best of luck to you.

you really should be focusing on your cardio/diet setup right now. 21%bf is way high to be on cycle, alot of sides can happen.

I personally feel 15% or less is where you start a cycle at.

I think your ok to continue, get blood work done and hopefully your estrogen is ok. People with higher bf will usually have more estrogen issues because testosterone aromatizes is fat cells.

When are you training your lats?

    What is your diet like?

Congrats on loosing what you have so far.

Stay on your cycle, but increase your cardio to 45 minutes and get those lats in.

I'd continue the cycle if your not having any problems right now. I'd like to see your diet with total cals, macros, meals etc. I feel you will make your most progress there.

You could definitely drop 90% of that ab work, that's for sure. I can tell by what you posted your thinking spot training your abs will eliminate stomach fat which is the REAL biggest lie the devil told to man.

I'd also like to see your actual workout schedule. I can see some definite room for improvement there. For instance, I wouldn't train shoulders and chest on consecutive days. That's asking for shoulder injury. Also should not train back after legs. I'm not really seeing a back workout anyway though. Deadlifts alone do not a back workout make. You should be doing 6-8 sets on back width (pull down-type exercises) as well as 6-8 sets on back thickness (rowing-type exercises). If your interested in dropping BF, your leg workout and your back workout are the key. Also if done right it's a massive ab workout too. Ab wise I do 4-6 sets of weighted situps on a decline bench once a week and that's it. Drop all that oblique work your probably doing. It'll just make your waist look boxy and wide.

Post your workout in the workout section and they/I will give you some advice if you want. If you want to do a 5 day slit I'd do something like this:

    Mon- Chest/Ab's
    Tues- Back w/Deadlifts
    Wed. - OFF
    Thurs - Shoulders/Traps
    Fri - Legs
    Sat - Arms

Hope this helps and good job so far.

Just noticed 232 lbs at 5'5". Wow!!
