thinking about starting Winstrol. never taken steroids. im getting so much mixed info
Im 28 6'2" 240lbs. i just started a new job where i will actually have time to work out every day and have a steady diet now. ive been going to the gym almost every day for weights and cardio. i want to do a cycle of winstrol 50mg a day just to jumpstart my process of getting back into shape. i was planning on taking milk thistle for the liver. But should i take test booster aswell?? or anything else with the winstrol?? i would really appreciate any input.

Do not pass go do not go straight to using gear.
You need to get a couple years of real training and proper nutrition before touching gear!!

ok so your saying just keep going to the gym for a while longer before starting winstrol ....? but what does genetic limit mean?? im just impatient and want to see results faster than getting GNC stuff. after i got into a motorcycle accident i was out of commission for a few years and really let myself go. ive been going almost every day for a few months now . changed my diet and quit drinking. would i just be wasting money if i started a cycle in a month or so?

you need to research in the mean time. winstrol only would be a very bad idea.

ok then what do u suggest taking if winstrol is a bad idea?? theres just too much crap out there to read up on all of it. i really appreciate the help man

Read up on the stickys bro. Test should always be the base of any cycle you run and for your first cycle when you are ready is test only.

there are alot of reasons the gentlemen were saying not to take the winnie.
first of all, for the first year or two, you really don't need steroids , as your natty gains should be improving on a regular basis
secondly, taking steroids before you've put in a couple of years in the gym will put you at risk of injury, as your tendons will be not as strong as your muscles, and will have a helluva time keeping up with the strain of your new strength gains. tendons can take a couuple of years to strengthen them
during this first couple of years, this is a good time to really dial in your nutrition plan and exercise routines.
if your diet is not dialed in, then whatever gains you recieve ffrom a steroid cycle will not last, since your diet will not be able to support these new gains, and your body will therefore go back to the way it was.
Next, a fist cycle should always be a testosterone only cycle. this will get you familar with how test effects your body, and you need to really get familar with this.
Next, taking a winnie only cycle is never a good idea, as winnie will surpress your natty test production, which is not a good thing. You are a man, and you need testosterone!
this is a real quick synopsis of why, as per your question, you should focus on diet and exercise for now.
