    Need ADVICE!!!!

    Ok so im thinking about running this for my next cycle. Please if you have any good ideas or changes to make this better let me know.
    1-8week Test propionate 1eod
    3-8week Winstrol 50 mg ed
    1-8week .5 arimidex ed
    1-7week Hcg 1 ml ed

    PCT
    Nolva 40/40/20/20
    Clomid 20/20/20/20

    Im 31 years old i weight 175 lb &
    im 5'5. Thanks for your help.

    Bf 18 % , diet its hard part since i work in a restaurant but i try hard & gym 5 times a week

    Your cycle needs tweaking for sure.

    Check out this thread. It has a standard short ester cycle along with one oral that you may find interesting. And please pay particular attention to the links at the bottom of the page.

    First, diet is what is going to ensure success with gains on and after the cycle. It's crucial, very crucial. I work in the oilfield where I work 18 hour days and I manage to eat right. U work IN a place that cooks food. If u eat there have the cooks prepare it right. Secondly, I tried win stroll once, didn't like it, and if u do, you won't either because ur bf is too high to let it shine. And while we're on the subject, 18 isn't HIGH, but for a novice, I think most would agree ur bf needs to b closer to 15. More bf u have more the chance of health problems. I think u should concentrate on getting ur diet in check firstly, get that bf a lil lower. Drop the winne and go with test e. in that order my friend.

    Working in a Restaruant could be a dream if you switch your thinking... Still eat every few hours just more protein, less carbs, less fat. You don't have to starve. The gear won't help dramatically with the BF. it could make you way hungrier if your not disciplined and you can put on more BF.. Good Luck!

    And this is why im here... to learn! Thanks every one for the fast answer & yeah working at ihop its a bless for me but sometimes its busy and have no time to eat plus the cameras lol. So thanks again & great info Miky.
