    Do you run an AI up until PCT or your last pin?

    For example

    1-12: Testosterone Enanthate 500 mg EW
    1-12 or 15 (Drop 3-4 days from beginning PCT???): Aromasin 10mg ED
    13-15: Off
    16-22: PCT

    I am no pro on the use of ai as i dont ever use an ai but with that said if you are using an ai to control sides from aas. I would think you would need to continue to use it right up till pct or until your levels have dropped low enough that its not needed.

    Last pin is fine Shsm...

    jim...I hope someday you reconsider this practice. I used to be the same way but the benifit far outweighs in negetive. I know you have the experience so your call...

    Run it until the day you start the PCT same with hcg.

    Think about it your levels are still very high when your cycle is first ended. Plus the AI will help with testosterone recovery.

    you can start hcg right away at day1. but definitely no later than wk2.

    Well if hcg can desensitize the leydig cells, why is it ran so long, especially on like a 12 week cycle without ramping dosage up? Or waiting till later in the cycle?
