What did YOU gain from your first run?
I see some first cycle logs with 'mild' results (~8lbs) then I see some with huge weight gains (35lbs+).
I know this thread has been done 372628482 times but it can help new guys learn from the mistakes others have made. Plus it's always good to compare results and see how good (or bad) everyones first AAS experience was.
So what did everyone gain their first go around if you can remember and what did your cycle look like?
Mine was 20mg Dianabol for 3 weeks, my gear was either underdosed or a completely different compound. All I got was good pumps and a tiny bit of water weigh for 3 weeks. I was also 18 years old and It made me feel like shit for a couple months afterNo idea why I done it tbh.

20 lbs in 12 weeks. Lost 20lbs in 4 weeks.

How come you guys lost everything so quickly?
Bad eating habits? Poor PCT? Was it mostly water you gained?

For me first cycle..do as your told no research has gone into any thing just got some orals and started using.
Didnt no anything about cal intake during pct or evn how to workout during pct or evn what products to use.
U have to be informed.
Self educate before self medicate.

No knowledge of diet mainly! I had no idea what an AI was. I had some but was told to keep it on hand (dumb). Also knew nothing about PCT! Thank god I have bounced back ok. Many others have NOT beeen so fortunate!

Looks like none of us have had a good first cycle experience so far.
I dropped down to 165lbs at 6'0 after my dianabol "cycle" at 18. Felt depressed for a couple months after too.
Starting again in January this time it will be a proper cycle.
Test E: 250mg e3d for 12 weeks
Arimidex : 0.25mg eod for 14 weeks
2 week gap to PCT
Nolva: 40/40/20/20
Clomid: 100/100/50/50
I hope to gain 20lbs and keep a good 15lbs or so post PCT.

Seems to be the diet aspect of cycling that causes most people to fail first time round.

first run was 400 mg/ew Test cyp only. kept my diet in check and gained about 10lbs and kept 7 of it.
