Shrinkage is a myth. Penis growth from AAS is absolutely possible. More evident in some than others. It's what androgens do. The same reason your penis grows during puberty. Mine gets super vascular

The penis has two chamber that runs the length and is filled with blood during erection. If the penis was a muscle or a vein it would grow or pop when engorged. LOL. The only penis enlargement procedure I've heard of is the ligation of the connecting penal tissue at the pelvis and protracting the penis forward. It's supposed to add about an inch to the length of the penis. I don't know of any procedure that will increase the girth. What the heck, you got what you got. Enjoy it.
