    ..:: Summary::..
    The idea of this course has been floating around my head for a couple of weeks now. Ive been reading a lot of threads regarding cutting and cutting courses. This includes my own current log about my own weightloss.
    The idea was initially sparked by the reading of a thread regarding T3/T4 use and the fact that without AAS you will get muscle wastage. I figured, whats the most bodyfat you could plan to lose with a high T3 dose and a Test-E base? A 12-week Test/T3 course to reduce bodyfat as far as possible without loss to my LBM, hoping instead to gain a good body recomposition! If you havent already noticed, I used Austinite's thread as heavy inspiration for my layout! Many thanks brother!


    Starting Week: Wednesday 6th February
    Finishing Week: Wednesday 24th April

    Age: 23
    Height: 6' 4"
    Weight: 242 LBS
    Body Fat %: 23%
    Lean: 189.7 LBS
    Fat: 255.66 LBS
    TDEE: 3164
    Daily Kcal: 2660
    Deficit: 500





    ..:: The Course::..

    Test-E @600mg/week - 300mg Wed/Sat
    Liquid T3 - 100mcg/day
    Anavar @50mg/day - week 7-12

    Arimidex (LiquidDex) - 0.25mg/EOD (Increased depending upon how I feel)
    HCG - 2/week @250iu (Tue/Fri)


    ..:: PCT::..
    Nolvadex - 40/40/20/20
    Clomid - TBC



    ..:: Goal::..
    To reduce BF% a much as possible whilst gaining as much LBM as possible. I will be having weekly caliper tests done. I am going to try and locate a BodPod for a before/after comparison. I want to be down to visible abs and have gained some overall lean mass.


    ..:: Diet ::..
    TDEE= 3164Kcal. I am planning to stick to my IF diet regime of 16/8 and to have a calorie defecit of 500Kcal.
    A macro split of 50/30/20 which gives a daily total of 2665Kcal. I will be posting my diet up nearer the time. The diet ratios may be adjusted nearer the time.
    Protein 333g
    Carbs 200
    Fat 59






    ..:: Training::..
    A 4day split, focused around the Dorian Yates Blood&Guts HIT workouts, I will be recording my progress with each workout in a logbook, workouts will be approximately 30minutes or less, as I tend to train by myself.


    ..::Notes::..
    *I am aware the it is not recommended to run AAS above 15%BF, I am however doing the experimentally and after research into both compounds.
    *I have also reserved the next 12 posts - this is so that I can post major weekly updates and they will be easy to see and compare. Some other logs are a great read, but it is however hard to find the updates by the OP.
    *Weekly updates will include pictures, weight, noticeable changes to mood, libido, tiredness, and other side effects. Bi-Weekly updates will also include BF%.
    *I wont need to cycle the T3, and I have a very large supply, so dosing will be adjusted as I feel.

    Thanks buddy! I found it helps people to read through the major parts of a course without having to search through endless pages of other chatter lol.

    Clomid - I am still undecided as to how much I should run. The sticky threads all kind of conflict, some are suggesting a 300mg dose for 1 day, followed by 100/100/50/50. Some are suggesting 100/100/100/100 and others 60/60/40/40. Its not a compound I have used before, my previous PCT were before I discovered the fountain of knowledge on these forums. Any suggestions?

    Also, could one of the admin please move this to the Cycle Experience forum... I have no idea why I posted the damn thing in this forum. Apologies.

    Kinda contemplating using Anavar for the last 4 weeks at 40-50mg ED. suppose it depends how well the first 8 weeks have gone. If my bodyfat isn't below 14% at week8 I'll wouldn't bother with it. What are you guys thinking?

    I'm stocking up on my T3, and getting really excited to start this! My other thread regarding my current diet is going well, think I'll be down to 225lbs by then. I'm currently 240 and started at 260.
