I plan on doing an 8-12 week cycle of test. at 500 mg/week. (Shit, prob would help with a background...I am 31, lifting pretty much constantly since 10 with a 4 year break at 20 to dedicate to drinking. 6' and 235 ish, around 15 percent bf, never took any peds before) My diet is very good, except for the weekends. Right now I am doing strictly cardio, as I am focusing on losing this fat, and some lingering injuries(rotator cuff, knee pain from a broekn ankle) Once on cycle, I plan on returning to some weight training as well as cardio. Don't need to get shredded, just boost the fat burning and make some muscle gains. Wold adding clen be a good idea? Another anabolic like deco help with the injuries, or even GH? My budget it a few hundred right now, work is seasonal and this isn't the season for $$$. What type of pct do you recommend, and should I be taking a AI?
