Currently just over half way through my 12 week Test E cycle and my strength has increased quite a bit. Just wondering if I can expect my strength to decrease after cycle or would I keep most of it if PCT is spot on?

You will lose some thats natural.But if your diet is right you will be bigger and stronger.
Your diet, training and attitude will affect how much of your gains that you keep.
Yes of course. That's why everyone who says "I will only do ONE cycle" - always goes back.
But as stated, maintain and good diet and training regimen and you can minimize this.
The point is exactly what songdog said, once you're done, you will be bigger and stronger than before your cycle.
So all my lifts will basically start to decrease once my cycle comes to an end?
2 steps forward 1 step back... rinse and repeat lol
