week 1 to 12 - HCG @ 500iu ew (250 twice)
week 6 to 12 - var @ 80mg ED

**Tribute to Austinite
This week I'm ~3kg up in weight, however, I don't really know how (and where). Maybe a little fat, but not the majority as I don't see that at all anywhere, in the meantime I'm sure it's not all muscles so I was thinking could that be water retention?
Some stats:
36 yo
was 81kg two weeks back now I'm ~84
13% bf at the start of the cycle (didn't check after that)
To be honest my diet sucks so far (still a couple of chocolate bars daily, some biscs, not that much of protein from food, all supplements, whey, l-carnitine, creatine, etc.). But i'll be a man from now on.
Any idea?
