    Water retention or what??

    Hey all

I'm on the 3rd week of my cycle below:
    ---------
    week 1 to 12 - sust @ 500 ew (250 twice)
    week 1 to 10 - deca @ 400 ew
    week 1 to 12 - dex @ .25 EOD
    week 1 to 12 - HCG @ 500iu ew (250 twice)
    week 6 to 12 - var @ 80mg ED
    ---------
    **Tribute to Austinite

This week I'm ~3kg up in weight, however, I don't really know how (and where ). Maybe a little fat, but not the majority as I don't see that at all anywhere, in the meantime I'm sure it's not all muscles so I was thinking could that be water retention?

    Some stats:
    36 yo
was 81kg two weeks back now I'm ~84
13% bf at the start of the cycle (didn't check after that)

To be honest my diet sucks so far (still a couple of chocolate bars daily, some biscs, not that much of protein from food, all supplements, whey, l-carnitine, creatine, etc.). But i'll be a man from now on.

    Any idea?

yes probably water weight and also the bad diet wont help, kind of pointless cycling if your just not going to run the right nutrition, this needs to be priority over everything else.... also personally i'd adjust the var so it ends at pct start time. You wont get the results if you dont feed your body with what it requires.............get on track

i dont see why you would run hcg here personally you should run it for the last few weeks IMO not through the whole cycle, if your running hcg, deca and test at those doses and eating chocolate all day then yes you will put on lots of water weight you cant avoid it, even without the AI you probably still would! i would get your diet on track and dont worry about water its unavoidable with the way you have set up this cycle

3kg after 3 weeks is not too much water. I gained 11 kg in 4 weeks that's a lot of water. I looked like puffy bread dough. Like the vet says, get on your diet track, do a little cardio and the water retention will be minimal. Worry about the fat. Eat clean and you'll be happy with your cycle.
