    1st cycle also on trt

    I have recently started TRT due to lower range numbers and many symptoms. I've been on for about three weeks now and have never felt this good or upbeat in my life get great sleep and plenty of energy. I would like to do my first cycle once I get down to around 15% body fat I am currently cutting. I am 6 foot 230 to 2 3520 to 25% body fat and have my cutting diet dialed in and it's working great. I would like some advice on my first cycle. What should I use how much how long I want to blast and Cruise I have always been into lifting and would like to progress

    Hey rooftop,

    What has your research yielded so far? Do you have any cycles in mind for critique? Good call on lowering BF%. It's a good idea also to get a really good handle on TRT before cycling.

    Thanks And yes definitely want to get. A handle on it before I cycle. I thought I would bump up just test see two 500 a week for 10 weeks I am also on the sink citrate 50 mg a day and hCG 250 IU's twice a week day before test shot as far as test I am on Hundred and 50 a week split into two doses I've read a lot about TRT and am pretty knowledgeable with nutrition and lifting so what about NAI with the zinc citrate suffice And should I just bump up my test dosage to a total of 500 split into two weekly shots? I am heating around 2000 cal a day which gives me a deficit of 700 cal 60 2020 most of the time sometimes 50 2020 but the extra carbs usually come from vegetables. No fruit except apple juice with my protein post work out small amount of complex carbs and only fat comes from avocados olive oil nuts etc.
