Assuming you have been lifting a few years or more, hitting each body part at least 1x a week, diet dialed in, old enough, have great discipline, etc, how many of you know how much natty LBM you added prior to the first cycle?

For example, my "couch potato" status is 141 lbs LBM, 5'11". I *think* I'd like to get to 161 lbs LBM (+20 lbs LBM) at least before considering a cycle, but wondering how long others waited in terms of added LBM.

Please tell you height, starting or couch potato LBM, and LBM when you started the first cycle.

Or has this been asked before? I could not figure out how to search for it.
