Im 20, 6'3" and 105kgs been lifting since i was 16 butdue to recent injuries ive been set back and put on a few kgs.
Why run anything? You haven't provided enough info to give you any advice other than at 20 you don't need AAS to reach your goals.
Motivation and commitment don't come out of a bottle.
