I am back in the game after 3 years off and have started training again to work on Cardio first to increase fitness and drop fat with some weights to kit in muscle memory (which is working quite rapidly). I am carrying this on for a couple of months before my first cycle back, which is intended to achieve the following;
- Reduce fat.
- Tone muscle and assist with recovery.
- Minimal side effects and long term health problems.
I am looking at running the below for 8 weeks:
1ml EOD - 50mg test prop,50mg mast prop,50mg tren ace,50mg primo.
I would also need a push in the right direction for post cycle therapy.
I do not want to look bloated, in fact I want to reduce bloat and get away from that bloated steroid look entirely.
What are your thoughts? Thanks all.
