Test struggles!
I am in my 5th week of testosterone cypionate. It was one of only two opions I had. My problem is I have alot of water retension, while my strength has increased greatly, how do I lose this blowted waist line? I do cardio for 20 min a day but it hasn't seemed to help any suggestions? Is this testosterone the wrong blend for me? do I need to stack? Thanks.:cool:

Tell us a little more bro. What are your weekly dosages? Are you running it with any other drug? Do you have arimidex, nolvadex or clomid? How old are you? How much water are you drinking? How many calories daily? As much info as you can think of dude. It will make our jobs that much easier.

Run some arimidex with it, that should keep the bloat down.

6'3" 245 24 years old. my goal is get stong enough to try out for the 49er's next year. 12-14% body fat. 4500-5000 cal a day 300g protein. No access to anthing other than Test Cypionate and Test Heptylate.

even if u do get strong enough to try out... most of your gains will be lost if u don't get some CLOMID (clomiphene citrate)*spelling...
so find some... u'll need it..
like jersey said, armidex/liquidex... or if ya wanna go the cheap route, NOLVADEX .....

ah it's just water retention, Like the others said arimidex is the best choice but you can get rid of the water later..keep bulking and worry about that other stuff later....with the exception of Clomid, which you will need 3 weeks after your last injection

If you don't have anything on hand right now then I would just let the water stay, it will give you great strength gains as well. I would get some Clomid ASAP for post cycle if you have hopes of maintaining your gains when you come off. A low sodium intake, cardio, tanning and a high water intake should help decrease the water retention a little..Good luck on the rest of your cycle

0.5 mg twice a week should do it. also OP, at 5000 cals you will get bloated with or without cycling. LOL
