Hello Guys!

I will try sustanon only 12 weeks 500 mg a week.

Can this run without armi/aromasin or letrozole? Mild dosage in my opinion.

I will use Hcg as PCT.

What do you think?

I heard some saying armi/aromasin or letrozole will lower the anabolic effect of the cycle because of the dimnish of water retention.

Personally - I will never use a blend again. Because of the short ester length in it, you need to inject it EOD really.

And regarding AI. No, HCG is not sufficient for 500mg/week of test. Get some arminidex, 0.25 EOD to start I would think and adjust as needed.

yea AI like arimidex .25mg EOD and adjust from there, HCG use on cycle week 1-14 2x 250IU per week, and sus is best pinned EOD, PCT weeks 15-18 nolva 40/20/20/20 and clomid 100/50/50/50

I really think you need to do some research prior to doing your cycle.Read the stickys a lot of good info that you need.

Songdog is correct. Research, research, research! You can never learn enough. Keep at it and you will get to the point where you are comfortable. You are just a bit behind, but with further studies, you will be there. HCG is not to be used as a PCT. Dont rush this and you will be far safer with much better results. 500mgs of test is more than enough to warrant an AI. TRT patients are normally giving an AI on just those small doses. I would choose one that is "lipid friendly". Not that any of them are, but some are better than others.

Sus250 was my first cycle. Hurt like a horse kick, dang. I got acne pretty bad so you should prepare for it. I didn't get gyno but my training partner did. Get an AI ready. You need Nolva 40/20/20/20 and Clomid 100/50/50/50 for PCT. Use the HCG 250iu twice a week during cycle. If what I'm saying doesn't make sense do a little more reading in the forum there's a ton of information for you.
