    Cool ~looking to do first cycle~ advice appreciated

    Hey everyone, Im 6'3, 25. and 230 lbs. Been working out for about 3 years. Meals are on point about 2500 Cals at the moment. Around 20+% BF. Looking to Drop to Mid Teens before i start the cycle.
    Not let me start off by saying I'd rather do Injection because I know pill form is not great for the liver and has an increased chance at liver disease. Am thinking of doing Bodybuilding and Going Pro eventually, Thats my dream And I've always had this dream.

    Questions i would love to be answered and i would appreciate everyone's answers and their respect as we have all had this day where it's our first day and looking into things.


    ~Goals~
    Long Term - Pro Bodybuilder someday. Hopefully after a few years of cycling as my genetics seem to be pretty decet.
    Gain 25-40 lbs of muscle for first stack, Looking to do a 12 Week Cycle and looking to get through it Safely with all the knowledge i need. When i cycle it Won't be till January so now is the time to gather information and that's what this thread is for.

    ~Questions~
    1. Should i get to 195 before i start cycle or close to that?
    2. A step by step of which anabolic to inject and where to do it (I assume the where to do it is buttox) I know there's many different kinds. Little nervous on the shrinking testicles part hah.
    3. Is there a certain cycle for a mass bulk, instead of the average 20-30 lbs of muscle gains.... Maybe a stack that is capable of 40+ lbs of muscle. Or most likely concluded depending on the diet which is what i assume the answer to be. My cals will prolly be at 2500 at the start of cycle, Maybe higher cause ill be 6'3 200 lbs.
    4. And just any additional information i need to know like how i should be feeling after 1st injection, when the steroid actually kicks in.

    After i get the above information I'm going to start a pretty strict diet to 1200-1500 Cals, Workout 3x a week and Cardio 5x a week (30 mins each day burning 450 cals each Cardio Session) to try and get to low 200's lbs. I'll post pics before i start the cycle and log here everyday also as i am somewhat nervous on the needle thing. I do know a nurse who would probly be doing them a steralizing everything so i don't get infected.

    All advice is appreciated. I'm really hoping to learn knowledge from some of the best on the site and the most experienced users and even people that have already only done one cycle.

    Do tons of research. Use the search and look through all the stickies, theres a few that are for newbies.Hit the nutrion section, as matter of fact you should hit all of them in your research.Theres a lot that goes into this not just a few shots and you'll gain 40lbs, you'll see that 40lbs ofLBM is pretty much un heard of.

    Not trying to be rude or unhelpful... But, you say you have good genetics, your diet is on point, and you workout regularly... Why have you put on a dangerous amount of body fat?

    Yeah well my diet was on point for like 2 years strict and clean, Rarely ever cheated, And i basicaly fell off the wagon. Looking to get back on it. and yeah i basically went on a binge after being on strictly for so long, Long really looking to answer the questions that don't need to be answered, Just trying to stay focused on what im trying to do. I could sit here all day reading sticky's but personal opinions and experience means more to me. Please a rough step by step for my first cycle would be appreciated. Was thinking Sustanon but i don't know much about it thats why im here asking the questions for the people that do.

    Most Common Beginners Cycles.


    Option 1. Long Ester

    Wk 1-10 Testosterone Cypionate = 200mg twice/wk e3.5d
    Wk 1-10 Arimidex .25mg eod – monitor and adjust accordingly.
    Wk 1- 12.5 hCG = 250iu twice/wk day before test injection .

    PCT
    Begins wk 13 to wk 17

    Clomid 75/50/50/50
    Nolva 40/40/20/20

    *Note: If youre currently on TRT/HRT you skip PCT and simply return to your dosing protocol

    Read the above thread, Most likely will do that since i've seen more people do that. So first i need to get a test of my current testosterone and ill post that here when i get it. Idk what bolded and underlined part means or what TRT and HRT stands for.

    I'm going to say this as straight an honest as I can. Your quite fat with not much muscle and NO steroid made on earth will help you. Your looking for a quick fix that doesn't exist! Your lack of willingness to educate yourself speaks tons to your lack of work ethic and dedication to have a successful cycle. No one here will spoon feed you all the info you are looking for especially when steroids are not best for you at this point anyhow.

    You need to sit here reading stickys for weeks and months while you drop the fat....be pissed if you like but often time the truth hurts the most!!!!!!!!

    All AAS cycles should include an AI, hCG, and PCT – no exceptions!**

    Would someone mind explaining the above statement?, What AI, hCG and PCT is.

    I think i know a little bit about PCT which is the Post Cycle Therapy is what i think it stands for. But unsure about the other 2.

    I am more than fine with losing the fat, Like i said if you read by first post im not starting till January, Which is 5-6 weeks away. I will easily lose 30 lbs by then. So please don't be concerned about that. Just looking to gather the information ahead of time now as i burn off the fat. Thanks

    Please do much more reading. You want to inject chemicals that will affect appetite, mood, heart function, growth, sleep, immune function, and so much more and you have no idea about anything. This is disasterous. You need to know what you are doing before you start injecting these chemcials. Don't think for a moment that injecting a few chemicals won't be dangerous.

    Also, no questions about prices or where to buy. That is a violation of board rules.

    Keep in mind this is a PUBLIC forum. Meaning, anyone can visit here and read what's being posted (including law enforcement). Since discussions and education are about controlled substances, you might want to block out your face when posting pictures. Just a suggestion.

    Agree with Lunk and MI.

    You have a lot of reading to do before you should entertain the idea of using AAS. First order of business is to reduce your body fat otherwise you will likely experience more side effects related to high estrogen than if you would if you had lowered it prior to starting AAS.

    Ok, Im going to read up on everything and get down the about 190-195 which is very lean for being 6'3. But I could read every word in every article still doesn't mean im going to understand it. Alot of it seems very high formatted stuff that i don't really understand to well. Just seems to advanced in a nutshell. Just looking to become a bodybuilder and learn how to do my first cycle. After experiencing it at a safe low BF% weight. I'm sure it will make more sense as i go along. And I'll be logging here as much as i can for possible side effects or gyno and stuff. Just looking on some first cycle starter information that is given by first time users or experienced users who can tell me their first experience and how it went.

    Hang in there... These members are just saying this because no one wants to see you have a bad experience... Train hard, eat clean, do cardio and read a lot... It would be great for you to do this! Stay disciplined and be very patient and one day you will be there... Good luck!

    You cannot become a bodybuilder if you wont take the time to educate yourself. The way you talk is as if you can't be bothered to do the research but you want something you cannot have unless you do. You get to choose start reading and working toward your dream or spend the rest of your life looking for others to do it for you and that doesn't work...

    I did read all of the threads posted, and the sticky's. Point is that im not book smart, I have a hard time understanding the advancedness of it. Either way there is not one step by step of how to do it. Example...

    1. Steralize needle and the area that you want to inject in
    2. Do 200mg of this
    3. Steralize again and do .25mg of this.

    You understand what im saying? How does anyone know the steps?...

    I can read everythread untill my eyes bleed. Doesn't mean im going to understand it. Im a visual learner and i learn from other's experiences. Thats kind of what i was hoping for on this forum. Was help. All i've been told so far is why are you fat and dont do it if your fat. Lmao... No offense but i already knew that hence why the first post says not starting till january where ill be 195... Anyways still looking for advice and such. Thanks in advance

    No offense... It's just with high body fat you put yourself at serious risk for adverse side effects... Don't take it personally, let it motivate you... Drop the fat and keep reading and it will all start coming together... Read a little everyday and when your ready the members will answer any questions you have... Good luck!

    So this proves that your not ready and wether your book smart or not has little to do with the commitment.
    Maybe you need to read things 2 or 3 times and look up words you don't understand.
    Use the search tool on this site and type in things you want to learn, and as Mickey said you tube has many instructional videos.

    1st rule is never inject yourself with something you know nothing about.
    2nd rule never reuse a needle they come sterile (as long as you don't contaminate it).

    But it is a lot of reading. But you will see the same things over and over. Then. Ah-ha

    Bodybuilding is a 24/7 365 days job, only the most dedicated ppl can do this and only 1% actually do it and are successful with it. Good luck
