    1st cycle questions

    Due to the fact that everyone has different information and most people on these forums are bropharmacists it's hard to understand what's the best dosages of what compounds. I'm thinking of running a 12 week cycle of some form of testosterone (which one is better?) and also stack it with another compound since the first cycle is always the best might aswel benefit most from it. I'm also thinking torem and hcg for pct (but again everyone is saying different dosages and durations, arggg).

    Btw I've been training for 6 years I've plateaued fully and I always wanted to take gear but waited until I have a solid base. My diet is all clean (bran cereal, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, egg whites, chicken breasts, frozen veggies, etc) and I count calories and protein although I do not have the perfect bodybuilding macro percentages.

    So can you guys suggest a beginner test cycle and a pct? I've done alot of research but there is alot of conflicting information so don't flame me on this hahaha.

    Do a bit more research, I'm not a Vet. But that's what was told to me in the beginning and I must admit it helps. I can help you out with a few questions as much as I know so far,

    what do your stats look like so far-> height, weight, BF% etc. ?

    What are your goals on this cycle?

    If you've read then you'd know 98% of most Vet. In here would not suggest you stack compounds on the first time.

    That's what I'm trying to figure out, and 5ft11 around 220 with abs showing but not full abs

    Your way to young... Only 7 more years... You would be better off just eating and working out for about 6-7 more years...

    I heard 25 is a good age to start, maybe 3 more years?

    Like I said I'm no veteran but I am trying to help you as much as I've learned from reading, my first cycle starts in a week, and I got the "read first before coming on the board" messages. If you'd like look at my threads and that should help you out a bit, if you follow that link I'm giving you it will answer most of your questions.

    Start with the educational threads. Learn as much as you can from them.
    I will admit its a little confusing. But come with specific questions and you will get a far better response.

    Gotcha... No worries... You are already pretty big at 5'11' 220 15 bf% good stats for 22... Without ever cycling...

    That doesn't make any sense. So it illegal. And you put 18 so you are legally an adult doing something illegal.

    Yeah I'm not even gonna bother with gear, I'm already at my genetic max which means I'll have to keep cycling to keep any gains above it (which is very bad for you in the long-run), and plus as soon as I start using people will disregard my natural training years and attribute it all to gear, plus you guys are not doctors so you can't know the best dosages of these serious compounds, let's face it, this is brophamacology, too sketchy for me, plus I have no idea where and how these compounds were made since they are not legal and made in some sketchy lab by some guy... Screw this I'm staying natty

    1st) neve ruse HCG IN pct. during cycle or leading up to pct (BUT NOT into it) may help.
    2) pct: I rec 4 weeks of clomid and tamox if possible say: clomi 70/70/35/35mg Tamox 40/30/20/20mg
    3) cycle i would rec 400-600mg teste or cyp for 12-14 weeks ( i rec 14 weeks myself) and start pct 1-2 weeks after last pin.
    4) whats your STATS?
