Due to the fact that everyone has different information and most people on these forums are bropharmacists it's hard to understand what's the best dosages of what compounds. I'm thinking of running a 12 week cycle of some form of testosterone (which one is better?) and also stack it with another compound since the first cycle is always the best might aswel benefit most from it. I'm also thinking torem and hcg for pct (but again everyone is saying different dosages and durations, arggg).
Btw I've been training for 6 years I've plateaued fully and I always wanted to take gear but waited until I have a solid base. My diet is all clean (bran cereal, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, egg whites, chicken breasts, frozen veggies, etc) and I count calories and protein although I do not have the perfect bodybuilding macro percentages.
So can you guys suggest a beginner test cycle and a pct? I've done alot of research but there is alot of conflicting information so don't flame me on this hahaha.
