    Good Evening all the Experts on this Forum that help us unexpierenced Newbs follow the Right and safe pass to achieve our desired BODY'S!
    IM going on my first cycle Finally after so many years of waiting!!
    I joined this forum a year ago nd have been researching ever since! & i just turned 21 i grew the balls
    To do my first cycle! If my cycle is crap dont feel bad to Destroy it After all im here to learn from the EXPERTS! Lastly before i get to my CYCLE if there is something i dont need plz tell me altho money is not an issue i would prefer paying the least i can and still have a safe Cycle!

    Im 5,7"-5,8

    Weight: 165

    Weightlifting Experienxe: since i was 16? So abt 5 yrs

    I want to Bulk as much as possible in this Cycle

    CYCLE! Pre & Wks 1-5
    ~P-Mag 75/100/100/125/125
    ~Preload Cel Cycle Assist 2 wks B4 pMag and thru cycle
    ~Multi Vitamin (Can i use any Store bought i have members mark complete Multi)
    ~Fish oil
    ~Liv.52 Double Strength
    ~Taurine for Muscle Pumps (is this a MUST?)
    ~Triple Flex(Joints)

    ~~~~Post Cycle Therapy (Most Important!)~~~~
    ~TAMOXIFEN (Nolvadex )20/20/10/10(PROBlEM my pills are all 20mg any ideas? Is that an issue???
    ~USP Test Powder-(Test Boost-Daa) heard great things abt this!

    And of course lots of Eating and Protein/Carbs
    ~Lastly can i get any tips on my calorie intake when it comes to cycles .
    I usually eat 300-400 more then my matinence consumption to bulk naturally
    Do i have to consume even more while on P-Mag?? Also more Protein/Carbs??

    Dont know but i am 21, & all the research I've done has mostly shown that 21 is an ok age to start mild cycles thats why i waited.

    Well.....I'm not sure where you were researching but IMHO, pro hormones are a waste of time and money. I know some guys like them but I don't believe in the hype surrounding them and think you are much better off with a real cycle. That said, you will get numerous questions about your diet and your age will be a deterent for many members to recommend a cycle. 21 is still a little young. You will hear some say that age doesn't matter, but the guys with the most experience and success here will tell you that you still have a few years left of natural testosterone surges that with a committment to a proper nutrition and training program, you can still achieve impressive gains naturally.

    Post what you ate yesterday so we can see if your intake is enough to drive gains. It sounds like you have some insight into how much you need to eat, and that's a great start. It would still be useful to see if there are areas we can recommend dietary changes to enhance your goals.

    When you are ready to cycle, you should start with a testosterone-only injectable. I'll spare the cycle details for now until the discussion evloves from what has been suggested so far to gauge your responses.

    ***edit*** googled pMag, it IS a prohormone... oh god, the adverts make them sound like supersteroids lol... chances are you probably wouldnt need the nolvadex . But good, if this stuff keeps your wallet thinner and further away from the REAL thing a little longer, I would consider it a good thing given your age

    I for one Jonny would not start, I was 20-21 when I did my first cycle I'm now 31 and have been on TRT for the past 5+ years..

    Not worth it, wait buddy you will thank me later!!

    12 am 3eggs 3 egg whites(keep cholesterol down) 3-4 slices of whole grain bread, A big cup of milk and some pieces of grilled ham depending on how i feel

    3pm(pre workout) take some carb loaded sups! Eat a nice carved up meal lots of brown rice one white toast(for immediate carb energy) lots of Chicken! And i mean lots! Mixed veggies! If im still hungry ill have a baked potatoe.

    6pm(post workout) immediately down a Nasty shake similar to the first one but not as much carbs if still hungry id add some almonds or low fat beef jerky

    8-9pm(i try to eat my meals everyday at the same time) night meal this meal is usually the same for me every night i usually dont change it Hhaha i cook up two big bake potatoes with a load of cottage cheese( was nasty at first lol) and if im still hungry ill make my self a clean basic Casien protein shake

    1st. I am aware that pro hormones dont compare to hardcore roids but from what I've seen they do work. Most ppl with a properly done cycle have reported upto 10 solid lbs maybe even more and report that the weight is kept.

    2nd. Well bro I've waited a long time to start at 18 i was desperate to start gear but after reading the negative aspects of starting that young i waited till today and thats been hard.. Abt a year ago i asked my cousin who use to compete professionally in California body building him and his mom(my aunt) were renoun champs. He said it was stupid to start at 18 but it was ok to start pro hormones at 21(mild ones) and gear at around 25, 26

    3rd & last lol when i bulk i usually get up at ab:t

    "8am" drink a very crazy shake with raw oatmeal whey protein & some peanut butter but still watching my Fat lol

    So guys plz i need help from the experts.... I appreciate concern but most experts say that with a safe post cycle 21 is an acceptable age for a mild pro hormone... Some even say Serms are not necessary for cycles with pmag if u have a good post cycle mix. But as i like to be Safe im taking one with the cycle! Lastly i am 21! I have no idea why my profile says 19! So now that all that was cleared i hope you guys can PLZ read my thread post again & only give advice to help me with the cycle.. Thank u guys i really appreciate the help!

    I've noticed that I've kinda started to plateu on muscle gain no matter how much i eat.. I need some juice so thats why im hear.

    Well i only put what i usually eat but no specific grams or Anything do u need that. And that's not that helpful lol i know i need to eat alot and i do! To the point that i cant take it sometimes! My diet is spot on im sure of it.

    Meal 1
    5 egg whites
    1 cup oats
    1 cup almond milk
    1/2 cup yogurt
    1 scoop whey
    1 banana


    meal2
    etc...

    btw that sample meal 1 ^^ you should try a couple of those a day, just chuck everything into a blender and drink it.

    not alot of people on here use pro-hormones... none that i know of anyways...

    if you really want to do it id suggest getting blood work done before and after your cycle (during to if you want), and then just using what you planned..

    oh and make a log of it... never seen anyone do that before with a pro-hormone..

    Pro hormones ARE Steroids people grab a Steroid ex D-Bol that is illegal and change or add chemicals just enough that it is considered a diff new product.. Therefore allowing it to be safe, cheaper, and alot easier to get and Legal. It takes years for the Gov to ban steroids... It's quite genius. & Homestly im a little amazed by the lack of help I've gotten i spent alot of time putting my posts up showing that i was serious and need help i was very respectful & sadly haven't gotten any help whatsoever.

    Jonny you have gotten responses. It's not what you want to hear so you're ignoring them. I've been around AAS for over 25 years man and in all seriousness prohormones are not always what they are hyped up to be. They can be extremely dangerous due to their chemical make up. They don't always work like they are supposed to. If you are going to do AAS at least do some research on the real thing so these guys can help you. In the long run it'll be safer and you'll have better results.

    It's not they don't want to help, you been already told to stay away. I did prohormones also 19 and they didn't do anything for me.

    Just stay away and eat bro, that's what we are telling you.. Trust me, you don't want to have to inject over and over for the rest of your life it's a pain in the arse plus all the other hormones that are affected by it. As of today I'm still not dialed in a still feel like shit after being on HRT for 5+ years..

    It's seems you are going to do what you want..
