    Need all opinions! Plz

    I currently do not have AAS readily available and was wondering if anyone had recommendations on designer OTC supps for bulking that are not incredibly harsh on the body, any and all opinions are greatly appreciated!

    All the above, I have always had good results with a good amino supplement. I would always use the biggest I could find and take 3-5 with every meal and you will heal alot faster. I know my soreness didn't last no where long as without them.
