Advice please on AI dosage? E2 @ 207

I am backing down to 250mg of test E and have not taken an ai in 4 months.

What adex doses would you start with . I have 025mg pills?

.25mg EOD for 4 wks @ 250mg/wk test and then another set of bloods, if it was me.

4 months ago I crashed my E2 taking adex, down to 15 on 125mg of test a week on a trt program. I lost my libido. I quit taking my Ai and increased my test dose to bring my e2 back up(250 mg then 500mg). Well I never felt that sweet spot and libido/easy erection never came back. I did BW friday and its through the roof. I was about to start a test/ tren cycle so I had my BW tested thinking my E2 was still low.

I crashed my E, taking Aidex .25mg eod at 125mg of test cyp a week. took about 2 months at this dose for this to happen

Basically the BW that i just did is from a protocal of 500mg test cyp a week and no AI. I am backing my test down to 250mg week what adex dose would you recommend starting with at such a high E level. Symptons are no libido and hard erections due to libido.

From the information you have provided, i stand my original suggestion because your E2 is still elevated but returning slowly with your recent decrease in exogenous testosterone . Am i right? I don't know, but its what I would do in your situation.

Im sure others will give other suggestions, but that's what makes this site the best on the net. People are so diverse here, and so are the answers, based on personal experiences and supporting data.

E2 of 200+ is extremely high. I would look at .25 ed for a week then go to the .25 eod. Just my 2¢.

You really need to get the TRT nailed down and consistent before you even think about a cycle. You mg's of test is all over the place no wonder you cant control your estrogen. You really need to get back to your regular TRT dosage. As 600 said with the .25 ed for a week, .25 eod week 2, then since you crashed at that level before switch to .25 2x week.

I like both these suggestions. The underlying point here is to stabilize your test levels, ease into it, and not crash your E2 again. I can usually tell when my estrogen is climbing from past experience.

Monitor yourself closely and adjust according to how you feel, and more importantly, bloodwork.

Make sure your E2 test is a sensitive assay which i don't think labcorp offers. If not then test results can be very inaccurate.

I been taking adex .25mg fo three days now and already feel a major improving. My libido has increased and nightime/morining wood is present and strong! Thank you Jesus!

Today is my 6th day on .25mg I been in the mood all day but my erection still takes a lil longer to get up. I was planning on going to .25mg 2xweek starting next week. Do you think Im on track to get dailed in? I was going to give it another week and if I dont feel a difference go to .25mg 3xweek?

On the 23rd you felt good but now its not so good? You could drop it back a bit for a wk and monitor. Remember, Adex works fast.

But without bloodwork its a tough call. I use my erections, acne, and general mood, to give me a basic idea where my estrogen is at.

Just wanted give an update. This week I dropped my dose to .25mg eod of liquid Anastrozole. Last week when I started I was using pills but all I had was 6 so I purchased the liquid. Anyway my libido is back and erections are easy. Acne is clearing up on my back (which was not bad) but I have been very irritable, depressed, and anti social. Im assuming its because my e2 is still high? Is this normal? Never taken the liquid before and wonder if its effective like the capsules ? I purchased it from P$ritysolutions.net , I have purchased from them for several years now .Product has always been good but this is the first time I have used there liquid Anastrozole?

Well you were accurate saying "no i would never trust their stuff" 2 weeks on the liquid adex and all my symptons are back. I just got a script of 1mg anastrozole . Back to square one, but at least I know how to fix it. The week after I took the pills I started to feel good. I guess they wore off and all my symptons came back. Anyways my plan is to take the 1mg pills for 4 days straight and then take it 2xweek with my shot. Any opinions?
