Im 20 years old 6'2, 220lbs, 18% fat and my bench max is 270, my vertical is 32 inches and my 40 dash is 4.5. I have never tried any supplements and looking to cut fat, add strength, add speed, and lastly add stamina. I plan on starting my cycle after I cut down to 15% body fat.
I really can use some tips and advice.

Weeks 9 to 10 and a half = HCG 500IU/ed
Weeks 10 to 13= 40 nolvadex 40/40/20/20
