First Cycle

Hey everybody I'm new here and thinking about starting a cycle but wondering what to run. Obviously gonna start out with a test, maybe sus but still not sure about dosing. Maybe 600? Probably run arimidex to and pct with nolva and clomid. My main question is would running deca or anavar with it be overkill for my first one?

I ran test at 500. I did 250 twice a week,to see how my body would react to it and was very pleased.

Test-only on your first cycle. Nothing more.

Whether Deca or Var is used, generally depends largely on your goals.

That's mostly what I have heard is to only run test but I also forgot to mention I have been at this a while. By that I mean I started goin serious when I was about 13 and havent taken a break since then. I have also ran a few PH cycles so I was wondering if that would make any difference towards this. I guess what I'm trying to say is I didnt wake up this mornin and decide it would be a good idea to stick a needle in my ass lol.

Height-6-0
Weight-200-205

Still have a 29" waist but I never got my BF% guessin its pretty damn low. Just plugged my stats into a BF calculator. It said 2%. I'm not a doctor but I'm fairly sure thats complete BS lol.

If this is your first cycle, i would stick to test only. And you're definitely not 2%. If you were, you likely wouldn't be able to type that message.

Yeah that's what I meant when I said I thought it was complete BS. But yeah around 9-11 probably. If I was just guessing from my knowledge without looking at "beach79"s picture I would probably guess 10%. I was always a VERY skinny person and it takes a lot for me to gain weight. So even with my previous experience with PH's and all that ya'll would still just reccomend test? and if so would ya'll say sustanon or any other reccomendations?

Test will help you gain lots of weight if your diet is in check!

I used sust for my first cycle but I would recommend cyp or enan for a first go. The blend in sust is complicated to maintain levels and such. I noticed the difference between sust and cyp and I felt more stable on cyp. Also, make sure you have a trusted source, or the label won't make a difference

I recommend two things to you.

1. Test only, especially if you've only done a pro-hormone cycle.

2. Read the Beginners Cycle thread i posted.

Thanks mickeyknox. Read it before I posted this. And yeah I have a good source for clomid an nolva just from past pct's but it looks like I'm going to be sticking my toe in the water a lot to find a good source for the others.
