    Estrogen and gains

I know high estrogen can kill gains. Does it do this by the aromatase is just converting test to e2 so otherwise useful test is now e2. Or is there more to it? Does high e2 affect gains from tren /deca ? Does high prolactin affect gains?

C'mon, these are valid questions that I'm sure someone can answer and many more would appreciate to know the answers.

Weird enough, some of the biggest guys I know believe estrogen blockers hurt gains. They don't run them at all

Yo yes you do need estrogen within reference range but not excess estrogen which causes a multitude of side effects.

Never heard of excess e inhibiting gains though, I'd imagine e2 would have to be ridiculously high to be the result of any substantial amount of exo test being aromatized.

I'm sure some of the hype of anti e hindering gains comes from the removal of water. I only take it in small amounts whenever my nips bloat.

All estrogen in men comes from the aromatose process, our body's do not manufacture estrogen like a women's body. That being said when testosterone levels get superphysiologicaly high estrogen levels will also get higher.

We need normal levels of estrogen for everything to be working normally, libido, well being, and yes building muscle.

We all know low e2 kills gains, I was more curious about high e2.

So they only thing it does it inhibit gains is the fact the some of your test is getting converted to e2? Doesn't sound like a huge deal, gains wise (not taking into account other negative effects of high e2).

    What about high prolactin?

What gymfu said. Read this and disregard the word "aging":

Read that article, didn't really delve into estrogen and muscle tissue.
