    Beginner test dose without ai?

Wondering how many people can run 300 to 600 mg test a week without ai. My e2 stays in range at 200 mg and I'm running my first blast, trying to avoid an ai for a few reasons.

Possible to get by and just have it ready In case there's a problem? Surprisingly I have less acne than before but if I'm going to get sides it'll be In the first few weeks I would think.

I would think that if you triple your exogenous test, you will require an AI.

There are alot (especially older users) that prefer to keep an AI on hand and only use if elevated E2 signs present themselves. I have cycle previously without an AI and I know the sides I have experienced from higher E2 are better controlled using an AI. But some ppl may not be as sensative to E2 sides and yes, it may also depend on dosages and compounds used.

Well as far as strength and strength gains the increased water retention is good. and short term not terrible, and I have other issues with an ai. But worse man boobs isn't worth it.

I run Test at 600 E/W with no need for an AI But i run labs through out the cycle just to make sure everything is in check. I am one of the lucky ones that really don't experience sides. That being said i would never run a cycle with out having an AI on hand just in case you need it!! I also stay very lean year round which i believe is part of the reason my E stays so low even on cycle.

Its very individual. The only true way of knowing is through monitoring blood work closely.

I can run 2 grams of Test without an AI. Then again I regularly hit myself on the thumb with a hammer...on purpose!! LOL!! Seriously though, AI's kill my libido and give me ed and terrible joint pain. I always keep stane on hand in case lightning strikes, but have never needed it. I know the popular way of doing things now is to always run an AI but it just seems to always screw me up. About once a year I give it a go. It's about time I try it again. Thinking I might try arimedex this time. Never have in the past. Don't want to hijack here but what do you guy's run it at to start out with?

if you always had crazy sides from AI, you might want to start off with a very low dose. i suggest 0.25mg 1-2x/wk.

the usual dose is 0.25mg eod.

You can try a few things to help minimize the E2 such as split your dose into 3x a week instead of 1x. Try SubQ instead of IM. Up your zink intake a little but if you take too much it causes more problems such as it can lead to copper depletion. There are also some newer stuff such as Certain natural supplements like Diindolylmethane (DIM) that are supposed to help lower E2 naturally.

Then again if you are going to take those you might as well take an AI. lol

Well it seems even just first dose of .25 mg results in a headache. Going to stick with it till after I donate blood and see if that helps. I could try DIM again but it made me feel weak although it could have been other factors. Luckily I shouldn't need it with my trt dose.

I wait till I get puffy nipples then I start the ai, usually in the 2-4th week, depends on what you're running. My 1st and 2nd cycles were without ai and I was fine, no gyno, my third I got puffy nipples so I ran it.

I've done a bit if research trying to find an alternative to A.i's for these specific problems.
Some natural estrogen and prolactin suppressors are out there but I would need a test subject with regular blood tests. This is my idea of a natural A.i
    Vitamin B6 160-320 mgs day
    Ginkgo biloba 6000mg day
    Korean ginseng 800mg day
Vitamin E (not sure on dosage yet still checking)

I think this would work at a lowish dose cycle anyone care to try lol?

I am currently taking an AI at what I thought was an appropriate amount (.25mg liquidex a day). I feel normal. Other than some acne I don't have any symptoms of high E2.

Had blood work done last week and E2 was 308 (range <70). DON'T EVER GO BY "FEEL" WHEN IT COMES TO E2.

Have your E2 tested and see where you are. No need to guess. Get tested and if you are high then us an AI. Simple. I think the cost is $45 through the service I use.

I agree for trt bw is needed for e2 management but for this short blast not as worried but still want to be careful.
