I was wondering. I've learn at school the number of muscle cells stay about the same all our life. That if we add some, its a very very few amount. I doubt of it because when I see man like Ronnie Coleman and Jay cutler it's hard to believe that they have the same amount of muscle cells than they had when they were born(EVEN If they have a crazy genetic and a big ratio of white fiber). I think they have add some muscle cells... Maybe I'm wrong...
Maybe naturally it's possible to almost never add cells to our muscle.(I can believe that)
But I want to know if with some exogeneous compound it's possible to add more muscle cells?? I was thinking more about GH than test, but maybe both can do that...
Ok, now let's talk about the Gw-501516 or like I saw somewhere Endurobol(I like this name :P).
I read about the "Endurobol",(But to the researchers' surprise, increasing PPARdelta also had a dramatic effect on the muscle composition itself: it doubled the amount of slow twitch muscle.). (http://www.alinboard.com/archive/index.php/t-37376.html)
Of course, It switch white fiber into red. But does it help to add some too??? I mean by taking Gw-501516 = more red/less white-----Stopping it + strenght training = red return to white one(the one who was white at the beginning)
If it ADD more red fiber it mean that while stopping it + strenght training you can return to your original amount of white fiber with more red one.
So!!! More endurance without sacrificing the strengh.
Am I clear?
Does it makes sense??
