    Dbol and AI

    Hey guys I'm running a test/deca /dbol cycle. In week 4. This is the first time I'm running dbol. I am running it at 40mg a day. I have heard of guys putting on 25 pounds in 4 weeks with dbol. I have only put on 10 just wondering if its because I'm using adex eod. Could it be that I'm not holding as much water due to the adex? That's why I didn't gain much? Just wondering thanks guys.

    Could be I don't take a blocker unless I feel some gyno coming on

    That's exactly why you haven't blew up and retained a load of water . Dbol is great for strength gains but the water retention for me is massive if my A.I isn't in check

    Dang....I might get bashed for this one but I was kinda looking forward to gaining some water weight to look bigger. Just for the first time. Lol this is my last week so I guess this is it for the dbol .

    Or maybe it's because AAS isn't the magic bean you thought it was. How many times have the vets said, "diet, diet, diet"!?! Stop being in a hurry. Everything takes time!!!

    The "must have it now" attitude will only lead you to disappointment. Invest in the long term success and understand NOTHING happens over night.

    Ha ha ha ha I know what you mean but it's only temporary anyway. For me slow and steady muscle gains are the best because they are the easiest to keep.
    There's nothing more depressing than blowing up on dianabol fir 4 weeks then losing it all after a week when you stop taking it. It's guttering lol

    Your 10lb that you have gained up to now is pretty awesome I would be happy with that at this stage in the cycle

    Thanks for the encouragement bro. I'm looking forward to the rest of this cycle. Test e should be kicking in soon.

    Very true ^^^^ I think that comes with the mood your in as well. I can think I look well next day I look really bloated, pitfalls of looking in a mirror everyday lol vanity is a bitch lol

    happens to me almost every week but i would rather have slow steady gains then fast ones anyway. If you just blow up you will probably loose most of it cause your diet isnt right.
