test e deca cycle...help
33yrs old 5'9 170lbs bf%?? (decent shape). been wrking out since 20yrs old. did one test cycle, but like some people rushed into and screwed it up. older and smarter now and doing alot more research and making sure my diet is on point. i look to you guys for help. getting ready to do deca and test e cycle. deca 300 20ml. test e 250 20ml. would like to stretch cycle out 12 weeks. run test a lil longer to help levels. couple of questions come to mind.
1. whats the best ai and pct to have on hand with this
2. wheres the best place to pin on your body? quad? shoulder? upper butt?
3. whats the best way to schedule this stack to get 12 weeks and still reap the benefits?
4. thinking of doing a kickstarter....would d-ball be alright? or maybe cyp?
5. does deca have to be split x2 a week to keep levels consistant?

Good advice from bigsiv. Run test only. I'd start your Adex at 0.25 q.a.d and adjust as needed. You indicated that you aren't sure of your bf%. Adex will likely contribute to hypercholesterolemia, HTN, suppression of HDL and increase your LDL, especially if your bf% is beyond 15 and most certainly if its above 20. No sense running the AI higher than necessary out of the gate if it increases cardiac risks.
You say your diet is on point. Do you know your maintenance calories? TDEE? I'd post your nutrition in the nutrition section for a critique. Everyone says their diet is great; in the majority of cases it could be better. Your nutrition is the single best predictor of success. What have you got to lose by asking for an assessment of it?
