Ive been buying books like its going out of fashion! I could read all the threads on this forum, but there is nothing quite like reading it in a hardcopy.

So my question to you all - Suggest / tell us your favourite books that relate to Diet/Bodybuilding/Powerlifting/Techniques etc. Basically, if you would expect to find people talking about it on these forums, then its on-topic. I was hoping to firstly, get some good suggestions on all topics for my own use, but secondly get a little list going of books for each topic so that anyone else can decide to educate themselves quickly and efficiently by having a reading list. There are so many bogus broscience books to avoid.

So far, the ones I have found good to read are:

    DIET
    Eat.Stop.Eat - (Brad Pilon)
Carb Back Loading - (John Kiefer)

    TRAINING
The Wisdom of Mike Mentzer - (Mike Mentzer)
The 'New HIT' training book - (Ellington Darden)
High Intensity Training the Mike Mentzer way - (Mike Mentzer)
Arnold's Encyclopaedia to Bodybuiling - (Arnold Shwarzeneggar)

I know it's old but Arnold's encyclopaedia to bodybuilding is a good read.
I just like the exercise section as there are hundreds of different exercises per body part.
Can easily make a good solid routine from this.

This may have been better suited for the lounge section.
