I am on TRT 150 mg a week split into two doses I also take 50 mg of zinc citrate for an AI as well as 500 I you of hCG Per week split into two doses. I plan on bumping up my test 24 or 514 weeks as my first cycle should I use an AI Or will The zinc be sufficient?

I cannot understand your plan, but Gixx is correct. I wouldn't rely on a supplement to maintain safe levels of estrogen.

Clear it up for us man, so we can be more effective in our efforts to help.

Sorry didn't Notice that typo I'm using Siri. I meant I'm bumping up my test to 400 or 500 mg a week. My dr is very knowledgable in the trt field and is up to date on latest treatments. He said the zinc is sufficient for the majority of his patients as far as E levels .He said if I want an ai he would gladly prescribe one I have my follow-up blood work in about a week or so to see where I'm at with everything before I cycle.

He's wrong about the Zinc, if it worked the way he said it does, we wouldn't spend the money we do & take the risks we do to obtain our "research chemicals", we would just go buy an over the counter vitamin & we would be good. How bout you post your entire proposed cycle & we'll start over.

I've actually ready about zinc being used as a "cheap" Ai , not sure on how much truth it holds but here's an article where it mentions it.

I'm sure it has SOME effect, but nowhere near effective enough to be used to control estrogen brought on by a full anabolic steroid cycle.

Zinc alone? Good luck. I take 50mg zinc ED and i still need anywhere from 25 to 37.5mg Aromasin per day to properly control E2 on cycle.
