When people who cycle ( as opposed to TRT and Blast, its true for them also, just to a lesser extent) say they plan to run X amount below thier TDEE on cycle, particularly with Tren my first though is do they really think their TDEE on Tren/Test will be the same as it is normally? I would really question this line of thinking. If you have low BF and decent muscle mass and are eating clean (this last part is important) then my thoughts are that on a Tren/Test cycle you will be far below your TDEE on the same diet that was your TDEE. Due to both physiologic as well as the fact that most do far more work during their workouts when on Tren, exceptions would be those who do a lot of cardio and drop it on Tren.

Anyhow those are my feelings based on research and real world experience with myself and several friends who range from casual BB to serious regional competitors. I really think that if you are 12% or less you will see great recomp gains cycling Tren/Test on the same caloric intake that you normally use of cycle. Running a deficit is great for prepping for those planning to drop major wieght, however for those looking to see muscle gains and fat loss I would not suggest going below your normal TDEE.
