    Clenbuterol and blood pressure.

    I started clen yesterday, I took 40mcg this morning. I took my pressure today but I took it after my cardio...

    My blood pressure was 148/75 at 112 bpm I took it 15 min after my cardio. It probably explain why it is so high.
    At rest my hearts beat with 40mcg is 84 bpm.

    My BP was 135/67 at 97bpm yesterday (didnt my BP without clen I was busy and too excited to start it didnt want to extend it for 1 more day XD)

    I just wanted to know if 148/75 is normal in this situation? I'll be monitoring it closely.


    Btw I'll post my full log with picture after the first week or so.

    Just keep it monitored daily if you can. Clen is notorius for raising BP and prolonged HPB can lead to eventual hypertension or other serious problems. 148/75 is high, but shouldnt be of too much concern for the time being. Are you on cycle now?

    No I'm too young anyway. But I'm planning to do 8 weeks straight.(got ketotifen on hand) So HBP for 8 weeks straight seems a long time to me...
    But like I said 148/75 was 15 min after cardio.

    Check it upon waking up and before going to sleep. If you plan on running clen for 8 weeks, your going to do better off running the keto too because of the downregulation of the receptors. Or take the 2 weeks on, 2 off approach. At 8 weeks straight, I would definitely recommend running the keto the whole way through. The clen will lose effectiveness if you dont. Personally, I hate clen and IF I were to run something like this I would do albuterol, but I prefer a good old fashoned ECA stack.

    i know about keto I already got it in hand im not worry about how to run it Im worry about my pressure... what kind of damage 8weeks with high pressure can do to a young and healthy man... XD

    You dont have keto on hand, you use it during the time you use clen, the entire time. HBP for long periods can lead to heart valve damage, swelling of teh extrimities, vision, stoke, heat attack, heart disease, blood clots, anemia, thickened blood, constipation, heat palpitaions, arythmias, AFIB. Need anymore symptoms? You should be fine, but it is pointless to check your BP right after a cardio session, as it will always be inaccurate. Check is upon waking and before bed.

    Their is something who could help for the High blood pressure?? who will not kill me with clen and keto?

    BP goes up during exercise, and takes a while to return to normal. you should just check resting BP. anything else is not very helpful.
