    Test-Prop first cycle

    In August I leave for basic and I'd like to run an 8 week cycle of test prop just to bulk up a bit. I've been studying steroids for a few months now and have the jist of quite a bit of it. I'm still a little on the young side, but just barely IMO. I just want to have a nicer body for this summer and before I head off to basic. I have just a few questions about test prop because I've only really read up on Test-e/c. I don't plan to do any more cycles, just this one to beef me up a little.
    1. Is hcg a must or can I PCT with Nolva/Clomid and run an AI on cycle?
    2. Is 8 weeks long enough to get decent gains. I'm not looking to get jacked, but a good 10-15lbs of lbm would be nice.
    3. I know test-prop doesn't take long to take effect so dbol isn't needed, but can you run a couple weeks just to get some extra gains with it?
    4. Is 100mg/eod good? I'm going to be getting 200mg vials and being my first cycle I don't want to go too overboard. 300mg/wk vs 600mg/wk?

    Stats:
    Age: 22
    Weight: 170
    Height: 6'
    BF: 15% as of last week


    Cycle:
    W1-8: 100mg test prop eod
    W1-8: 12.5mg Aromasin ed

    PCT:
    Nolva: 20/20/10/10
    Clomid: 50/50/25/25 <- should I bump it up to 100/100/50/50?

    Also, should I continue to run Aromasin during PCT?

    I've only got a little over 7 months which is why I didn't want to run Test-E or anything like that just in case there were complications during PCT or during cycle so I can hopefully get them hammered out in time. (Hence the 8 week cycle which would hopefully give me around 3-4 months to get everything squared away in case something did happen)

    What branch and what MOS?

    PCT - Nolva at 40/40/20/20 and Clomid at 100/100/50/50. Or ditch the Clomid and run Torem at 60/60/30/30. 12.5 Aromasin should be fine at EOD with your pins. Run your AI for the time between your last pin and start of PCT then stop.

    Out of curiosity... if you don't want to get "Jacked" why bother with AAS? You could likely gain 10-15 lbs in 7 months with an improved diet and staying natural. You're still pretty small. Plus, depending on your branch and MOS, you'll lose most of your new muscle in Basic/Boot and have to start all over anyhow. Nothing destroys a physique like 18 weeks of government food and military exercise. Unless you're joining the Air Force... then you're fine. Riding the stationary bike isn't too bad and you'll have plenty of time at the day spa on your off hours to work out. Careful though, I hear those paper cuts can be a bitch.

    Navy and NF probably gonna go for electrician's mate.

    My reasoning for wanting to do this is so I don't come out of basic a twig and still have some muscle on me. I'd rather come out looking like I do now than even less muscle.

    You are a little on the younger side. Are you aware of the effects AAS can have on an under developed HPTA? What's your diet like right now? At 6ft you can add loads of mass with a good diet.

    Honestly coming from ex military, I wouldn't waste your time or money. Just keep working out hard and up your calories by at least 1000 and you will start seeing some weight gains. Cause in basic you going to lose it don't matter what branch or mos. if you want to cycle in the future that's fine but IMO you will just be wasting your money and possibly your health it just isn't worth it young man. Thanks for taking time out of your life for the service of your country. Good luck and enjoy, basic was so fun.

    I'm thinking about the same cycle. I'm not sure if its affective enough and worth the effort of cycling. Thinking about stacking it with something else to gain more size

    Stack it with food. That's where the real gains come from.

    Just so you know, start push-ups Ed along with sit-ups and 2 mile run. These are big in basic and do alot pull-ups too

    I worked my ass off for about 11 months before i shipped... Went in at appx 190lbs graduated basic just shy of 180. This was 10 yrs ago and no AAS. I'd say Infidel and ppwc are on point.. don't waste money and risk f***ing up your system for short term gains.
